A method and device for preventing a flexible tubular belt from twisting for use in a tubular belt conveyer are disclosed. A flexible tubular belt is extended between first and second rollers, positioned at a certain distance away from each other, on which the tubular belt is opened, and the belt moving between the two rollers in the tubular form is supported by sets of support rollers which are radially arranged around the peripheries of the belt in contact therewith and are rotatably mounted to support frames. Twisting of the belt is prevented by means which varies an angle of a correction roller extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of movement of the belt in contact therewith. The correction rollers may be disposed in contact with the bottom and/or sides of the belt.

The latter can be made in the form of a U-shaped bar 9 (Fig.5) or several planks that are placed between the base of the support plate 5 and the frame 6. When the angle of the rollers 4 changes to the longitudinal axis of the belt 1, a twisting force of the tape is created, directed in the side opposite the main twisting forces. The tape gets a steady position. Basically, the mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the rollers is set on the group branch. Since the ribbon branch does not carry a single material and its weight is not great, the effect of twisting the ribbon is not the same; o. Therefore, it is not necessary to install on it a mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the rollers.
The mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the rollers 4 to the longitudinal axis of the belt I can be made in the form of bolts 10 with nuts 11, by means of which the plates 5 are attached to the frame 6 (Fig. 6).
Frame 6 may have an L-shaped bracket I 2 protruding forward in the direction of movement of the tape 1. On the bracket

Frame 14 is connected to lever 16, made with slot 17, in which is placed a stopper bolt 18. By applying force to lever 16, it is possible to change the angle of inclination of the roller 13 to the longitudinal axis of the belt I, thereby preventing the belt from twisting. Roller

The tape preventing device shown in FIG. 9 is mounted on a support frame 19 divided by a plate 20 into upper and lower chambers. The h-arm rod 38 moves with the plate 24 in the direction of its movement, i.e. up (Fig. 11).
At the same time, the L-shaped rod 38 rotates the plate 32 together with the roller 13 relative to the rod 37 clockwise by turning the lever 34. In this case, the roller 13 imposes the twisting force of the belt 1 in a counterclockwise direction relative to the direction of its movement, resulting automatically twisting the tape I is corrected or eliminated.
The cylindrical springs 3J impose pressure on the supports 24 in order to prevent the rollers 4 from slipping off the belt, however they may not be - this depends on the configuration and material of the belt on the on-line rollers 4.
The device for preventing the tape from twisting, shown in Fig. 12, contains an additional roller 13, which is attached to the bracket 39, is located} behind the supporting frame 6 in the course of the tape movement. On the bracket 39, a U-shaped strap 40, comprising a base 41, which is located perpendicular to the movement of the tape I, and two side plates 42, which are perpendicular to the base, is mounted on a harnessed side. The strap 40 is pivotally fixed to the bracket 39 by means of a vertical hinge rod 43. The side plates 42 hold the roller 13. To the base 41 of the bar 40 a lever 44 is attached, having two slots 45 on the free end.
 Two solenoid valves 46, which have rods 47, are mounted on the boom 39 and are arranged symmetrically to the right and left (Lig.12) relative to the lever 44. The free ends of the rods 47 are connected to the free end of the lever 44 by means of vertical hinge rods.
The swing arm 48 is play-connected to the clip 39 by means of
vertical hinge rod 49. The support arm 50 is pivotally connected to the rear end of the swinging lever 48 and springed up with the cypindrical spring 51, which is put on a horizontal rod 52. At the end of the support arm 50 there is a U-shaped support 53 containing a plate 54 and two side plates 55 rotatably supported by the roller 56 rotating from the belt 1 in the direction of its movement. Microswitches 57 are mounted on bracket 39 to turn on solenoid valves 46.
When the tubular: tape 1 is twisted in a clockwise direction relative to the direction of supply of the tape, the support arm 50 together with the roller 56 moves in a clockwise direction upwards relative to the direction of supply of the tape 1, then the lever 50 turns on the microswitch 57, which turns on the rear solenoid valve 46, pull rod 47, with the result that ka 40 rotates with roller 13 in a clockwise direction relative to, but rod 43.
Then the roller 13 imparts a twisting force of the tape 1 in a counterclockwise direction relative to the direction of movement of the tape, as a result of which the twisting of the tape is automatically corrected or eliminated.
In order to rotate the rollers 13 and 50 in the case of the twisting of the tape 1., a drive mechanism made in the form of a cylinder 58 with a DITOKOM 59 can be used, which is pivotally connected with the lever 44 (Figures 14 and 15). A clamp 39 is provided with a switching valve 60 with a rod 61 connected to a hydraulic pump (not shown through the connecting pipe 62. The switching valve 60 is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 58 via feed pipes 63.
In the event of the belt twisting as it moves, the support arm 50 together with the roller 56 moves, and the valve 60 is turned on. Then the hydraulic cylinder 58, which is turned on by the valve 60, doesn’t have a flow 59, turning the support 40 with the roller 13 around the rod 43. The roller 13 gives the twisting force the tape I directed against the direction of its twisting, as a result
which automatically corrects or eliminates tape curling.
The proposed device for preventing the twisting of the belt of the tubular conveyor is effective in operation, it allows to prevent the twisting of the belt anywhere on the conveyor.

1. A DEVICE FOR PREVENTING TUBING OF A TUBE CONVEYOR TAPE, comprising supporting covering the cargo and idle branches of the frame tape with the rollers located around the circumference with the possibility of rotation, each of which is fixed to the supporting frame by a plate, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of the device, it equipped with a mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the rollers to the longitudinal axis of the conveyor belt.
